For the past 21 years, Patty McGee has been the heart of the ATS sales team. Earlier this month she entered into semi-retirement, stepping down from her full-time sales position in the furnaces, ovens, and heating elements department and moving to part time. “Patty has been very instrumental in growing the ATS furnace and oven line”, said COO Rob Carroll. “Always looking out for the best interests of her customers, Patty developed close relationships with them. Her contributions are too great to measure – she will be missed.” Patty applied for a job at ATS in 1997, after seeing a help wanted ad in the Butler Eagle. In what would be a preview of her determination and tenacious spirit, she called every day until she got the job. When asked about Patty, Vice President of Sales Robert Antolik stated, “All I have to say is that in all of my years working in furnace sales – at ATS or other furnace manufacturers – I have never worked with anyone better than Patty. We are just lucky to have her remain on part time.”
