Connection: With opposing half sections connected in parallel.
End Disk: 2 in. Thick, bore 5 in. both sides.
End Caps: 2 in. thick, blank, customer to bore.
(2) Thermocouple Ports: 1/4 in. diameter, located mid-length on opposing halves of the furnace.
(2) Thermocouple, Type K, with ceramic insulator and connector with mounting bracket.
Support brackets with levelers for horizontal use or remove levelers for vertical use.
Furnace Control System
Watlow PM digital programmable controller including 4 program files with a total of 40 segments with an integrated over-temperature control.
Includes RS-485 / modbus communications. (Customer would be responsible for running the cable from the back of the conrol system to their computer. ATS will supply a DB-25 connector.)
Solid state relay power control, for use with resistive loads.
(1) Power shutdown relay, manual reset.
(6 ft) Cable assembly with power and thermocouple leads.
Circuit breaker, and power indicating lamp.
